Parent ADHD Webinar Series:

Jan 8, 2026 All Things Regulation

Those with ADHD tend to have difficulty "pumping the breaks" to regulate their body, mind, and emotions. We'll discuss practical ways to build self-awareness, identify needed supports, and establish positive coping strategies.

Jan 28, 2026   Attention and Motivation

The ADHD doesn't produce as much dopamine as a typical brain. We'll delve into how this impacts our children, ways to channel their dopamine seeking energy, and help them generate "hacks" to increase attention.

Feb 19, 2026   Task Paralysis and the Perfectionist Link

The ADHD brain doesn't get rewarded in the same way by doing boring, unimportant, and uninteresting tasks. This (and some other factors) often lead to "getting stuck" and/or procrastinating. We'll discuss strategies to GET STARTED.

March 11, 2026    Cognitive Overload and Working Memory

The ADHD is processing a lot of information at once and can get overstimulated and overwhelmed. We'll discuss the challenge with working memory and how to add supports that reduce that mental load.

April 2, 2026   Time Blindness and Impulsivity

The ADHD brain's concept of time is "now" and "not now," which can create difficulties in managing, anticipating, and judging time to meet deadlines and get things done. We'll discuss strategies for making time more concrete, hacks that create a sense of urgency, and supports to manage time better.
